This wedding brings back so many emotions for me. Our little boy was about 3 weeks old and it was difficult to leave him and his mom behind. It also meant I was going to shoot this wedding without Krystle and I know she would have loved to join in all the celebrations. There is so much to say about the day but a standout had to be the reception 'barn'. When I arrived at the farm in Wellington and had no idea where they would have the reception. When I poked my head around the corner and looked inside the 'barn' I was stunned. We have seen a lot of reception venues but this was easily the most amazing one I have seen. And to think that not long before that it was a storage barn.
Hettie was another standout on the day. She was sooo up for her wedding day and her energy & excitement carried everyone through the day ... and wow did she look beautiful!
