When we first met these two I had a feeling that their wedding was going to be one to remember. They starting talking about their ideas and as soon as they mentioned Chapman's Peak Drive, I knew it was going to be something special ... and my word, was it special. I had to start their web post with their romantic shoot as it was certainly my most memorable to date. We started on Noordhoek Beach with a white horse then jumped in the car hoping the roads would be quiet. In the end, we just pulled over, put the hazards on and started shooting. And wow, did they pull it off. We call these parts of the wedding day the romantic shoot and that's exactly what these two are. The way they looked at each other, how gentle they were, it was a joy to photograph and they are up there with my all time favourite set of photographs.
Antonio & Shakeena both work in Dubai. Shakeena is a flight attendant for Emirates and Antonio is an engineer. They wanted a very small, intimate garden ceremony and that's exactly what they got. Her grandfather married them in front of only their closest relatives then enjoyed a party under the stars.
Thank you for the most adventurous wedding day to date! You had all the ideas, the easy part was capturing it all. We wish you years of happiness and safe travels around the world.
